These Terms of Service set out the basis on which Aria Blanc makes its website and services available to you.

Shipping Information: All Aria Blanc products are shipped from our distribution center in China. Standard delivery normally takes 6 to 12 business days.

Shipping Information: orders within the United States usually arrive 6 to 12 business days after they are placed.

Using this website or buying from it means you accept these Terms and Conditions along with every policy referred to in them.

These terms cover everyone who uses the site. Please read them properly. If any part of them does not sit right with you, do not use the website or place an order.

Features or services we add later fall under these same terms automatically. We may revise these terms whenever we need to, and carrying on using the site afterwards counts as accepting the revised version.

We may decline an order or withdraw service at any point. Content you submit, payment details aside, may cross unencrypted networks in transit. Card data is always carried over an SSL-encrypted connection. Copying, reselling or otherwise exploiting any part of this service requires our written permission first.

SECTION 3: ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We cannot promise that everything published here is complete, current or free of error. Treat it as general information rather than the sole basis for a purchase. Product details may be corrected or updated at any time and without advance notice.

SECTION 4: PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Some pieces are sold only through this website, may be held in small quantities, and fall under our return policy. Colors and images are reproduced as faithfully as we can manage, though no two screens render color identically and we cannot guarantee what yours shows. We may cap the quantity of any item a customer can order.

SECTION 5: PRICING

Prices on this website are shown in United States Dollars (USD). We may change them at any time and are not liable to you or to anyone else for a price change or for withdrawing an item from sale. Where a price has been published in error we reserve the right to cancel the affected order.

SECTION 6: PAYMENT

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with the other methods shown at checkout. Submitting payment details confirms that the method is yours to use and authorises us to charge the amount due.

SECTION 7: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver within the United States, typically in 6 to 12 business days. Delays caused by customs, carrier disruption or anything else outside our control are not our responsibility. Ownership and risk pass to you once the order is delivered.

SECTION 8: RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Refund Policy sets out returns in full. Nothing in it limits the rights available to you under applicable United States federal and state consumer protection law.

So far as United States law allows, Aria Blanc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages connected to your use of this website or the products bought through it. Our liability in any event is capped at what you paid for the item concerned.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising under them falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
